INSURANCE through Hireahelper covers goods while being handled by our helpers up to $.60 per pound (policy must be activated by completing an inventory form). Full coverage insurance also available through Hireahelper. We'll never leave you stranded! If late we'll send extra helpers to make up time at no cost when possible. They were flexible with their times which I appreciate but my biggest issue is that they couldn’t assemble my bed and then did it incorrectly, leaving me to have to take it apart and do it again later. I’d recommend going with another moving service.

Crew showed up on time. Very polite and hard working guys. Appreciate them very much. One star taken off because they didn’t have the equipment we would hope for (dollies to move heavy furniture, etc) and we did have one piece scratched. Would be 4 and 1/2 stars if we could. But overall we greatly appreciated their help and the ease of use, communication and service with Hire a helper was excellent.

The two gentlemen who showed up early and waited patiently did a wonderful job. Our pod container was an hour late, freezing rain was coming down, and the sun was setting very quickly. These men worked hard to get our things into our place quickly and efficiently. Very courteous and hardworking—highly recommended!

My movers were on time. Only delay was having to disassemble my sofa which I was unaware of so this took longer and thus the total move time was extended more than the 2 hrs. It could be gone a little quicker but overall good.
