The guys from Q's helped me unload a PODS container, so they didn't need much in the way of supplies, but they did take great care of my belongings and were extremely mindful of the tight-ish staircase up to my new apartment. The movers and the two other people with whom I spoke on the phone prior to my appointment were all extremely polite and, honestly, I'm grateful for that interaction while completing a move I didn't really want to make in the first place. The guys called when they were nearby and actually arrived slightly early. I will almost certainly call them again to help when I move again. Thank you!

Steve is the man !!!!.... he knows how to pack and his confidence shows , he packed my pods container perfectly fitting all my stuff so well I don't even think I need the second one I order .. they are great movers.. will definitely use them again !!

I think I was overcharged. The invoice was for 1 hour and 30 minutes. I was late for 1 hour. The total charge should have been for 2 hours and 30 minutes yet I was still charged for 4 hours. There seems to be a lack of communication between the movers and hire a helper. Are they not required to submit their invoice to you ? It seems to me that the person moving will always overestimate the time that he will need the help. This is not to impede his move on the day itself. I have not had the time to call in but I will scan the service invoice that they had given me to prove the work was for 1 hour and 30 minutes and I will accept the charges for being late by 1 hour.

The two people from Q's came earlier than the given time, were okay and did a good job moving large items and boxes for which I needed help. We were moving in the same building up a few floors using a reserved elevator. They were both hard working and very carefully wrapped and moved the items. The few minor things that could be better. 1. they seemed to be a little slow and took long with bed assembly 2. they could plan the sequence better. one of them was just waiting for the other for a while to finish. 3. they left a few marks on the walls as a result of brushing their jeans. 4. it felt like they were still learning the skills and took multiple attempts to move items around corners in an efficient way.
