See update at the end. Changed from 5 star to 3 star. They were ok. They worked hard and effectively. The only concern is that the 3 hours time limit was exceeded by 6 hours, so not sure how that could have been avoided. It's hard to estimate such things when you move only one time in years... However, the guys were great. Update: discovered when truck was being unloaded at destination that they didn't wrap the dining room chairs and the leg on the captain's chair broke off. They also didn't use rope to secure the load, said they didn't have any with them even though it was advertised that they would provide rope for $10 flat. Load shifted greatly during the trip probably causing the broken chair leg. In the end I am disappointed in what was a promising start with them.

Ray and Birdeo were great. They were very efficient while taking great care with all my furniture pieces. They emptied a POD that had my furniture in it while we were having the floors refinished. I had purchased felt pads for all the furniture legs to prevent scratching the newly finished floor. Ray and Birdeo laid out blankets for all the furniture so I could put the felt pads on. They were so careful and conscientious of both the furniture and the floors. I would definitely recommend them!

Pros: The staff was very professional end to end. Overall things went very well. Cons: I am putting a 4 star because there are rooms for improvements. 1) the movers used very old and dirty pads to cover my stuff (eg. curtains, clothes, pillows...) and this was definitely NOT right. 2) I learned about additional costs on the go. I am being told I have to pay for the Certificate of insurance and then learned about costs of parking for Manhattan. Ultimately, the final bill added up to a much higher amount than shown. Wish this could be clearer upfront.
