They were prompt, courteous, polite and hardworking. They kept me in the loop every step of the way. They packed the truck expertly and kept within the 2 hour timeframe. They were conscientious of not scraping walls or harming the furniture as they moved things. Lastly, they moved a huge mattress up a winding old fashioned staircase that just wouldn’t budge. They didn’t give up though....they kept at it and were determined to make it work. We really appreciated it!

Booked two helpers to come between 9am-10am, and got a call (and follow-up text) from AmaZing Movers letting me know to expect them around 9:30-9:40 the morning of, which turned out to be accurate. Both guys were helpful, and provided some expert insights on how to get some difficult pieces out of the upstairs room(s) and down the stairs to where the truck was parked out in the front of the house. We were able to move a 17' UHaul's worth of furniture out of the house and into the truck parked out front in under 2 hours, and nothing was damaged! I would 100% recommend this company to family/friends/whoever might be in need of professional help to pack or unpack during a move!

Typically, I don't write reviews a lot but I couldn't let go off this one. David Charles, Chris & Arlene are a good team who are very smart, trust worthy, hard working yet flexible who you can rely upon to moving your home. It is been a very long time that I have seen a professional services team so good at what they do and courteous as well. If you are looking for someone to move, close your eyes and go with them, it will be a piece of cake.

The three fellows that came to my Mom's home and loaded our POD with the very, very heavy dining room set, and other pieces were professional, extremely hard working, and very nice. We highly recommend these three fellows headed by Dirk Rice. If I were you I'd give them a raise or a big bonus as they work expertly together! Not a scratch anywhere! This was the second time we'd had Q and Ken come help us pack our house - these guys worked like horses nonstop for 6 hours and miraculously emptied our house in such a short timeframe.

They also happened to find 2-3 secret stashes of money in rugs and under desks that they promptly turned in, which goes to show their integrity and trustworthiness.

My movers were beyond amazing. If I could give them a 10, I would. They took great care of my furniture and fragile items and kept me apprised throughout the process. They did not even stop to take a break!! They made this move less stressful. Thank you James, plus 1, sorry I forget your name. I would use you again in a heartbeat.

The guys from Always Reliable were great! They were punctual and careful in moving everything both with regards to our things and the place itself. I wouldn't hesitate to hire them again for a future move.

The guys were great: on time, friendly, respectful and hard-working. Also completed job in time estimated, and the project contact was very helpful and answered questions quickly (also knowledgeable about insurance certification, which we needed in New York City).
