The guys that arrived had the hustle and the know how to puzzle piece load a trailer. They were able to easily load all the heavy items safely, quickly and effectively with good attitudes to boot.

Communication was excellent in all respects with everyone, from customer service to the crew that unloaded. They were on time, they worked VERY hard, they were respectful in all ways, they reassured me and I was made to feel that I was in the best of hands. Bo and Victor did an outstanding job. Two strong young men unloaded our truck in record time. They showed up within 30 minutes of our calling for help. The were fully equipped with dolly truck, lifting straps and anything else they needed. They put our furniture in the correct rooms and the boxes in the garage. I'd use them again, if we needed help. These young men did a good job, wore masks as requested during this time of COVID-19, and followed the directions they were given about the placement of my furniture and belongings. They were, however, done in less than an hour. So I found I was paying for time I didn't need. Still, they were courteous and got the job done, so I am appreciative of that.

The guys showed up at the scheduled time ready to work and got to it. They worked efficiently and hard. Communication was excellent. I'll definitely be hiring these guys again!
