The team arrived on time, were friendly, respectful of us and the items to be moved. They worked well together and were efficient. Would definitely recommend in future. Communication and reminders from the company were excellent.

Sure trips was wonderful. They promised a refund because they finished before expected, but Hire a Helper overruled their effort at fairness and refused to refund the hour that was unused. Sure-Trip gets all the stars. Hire a Helper sucks.

They wanted to come early, 7:30 and arrived at 7:25, and worked without a break for 3 hours. Offered them something to eat and they said maybe after we finish. I would definitely recommend them and if I needed to do this again I would definitely hire them.

I think that the 2 guys you sent got the job done and they had to work in the rain! I would recommend your service. The only thing is they didn't come with a handtruck but we had one of those. I would suggest that you make sure they have at least 2 or 3 of those! Otherwise they did a good job and were very nice.

John and Alex from BingServ did a great job moving our belongings. They arrived on time, were friendly and very careful not to damage our items or home. The job took less time than the 2 hour minimum and they were more than willing to do more if I had anything else they could help with. I would definitely hire them again!

Although they were delayed due to GPS error, they came prepared for the job. They were efficient and hardworkers. They were knowledgeable about moving larger furniture items in a small stairway and were careful about moving the items. We would use again if back in the area. They were also respectful, personable, and friendly.

Absolutely wonderful. Rachel and Jesse arrived on time, kept in close contact with us and amazingly fit everything in the pod including our 16 ft two person kayak! We would recommend them to others without hesitation.

I cannot begin to say enough wonderful things about Mike and Jacob. Not only did they do a great job helping move our heavy items, they were very personable, friendly and easy to work with. It was like having two friends help us move!! They worked well together and got everything done quickly. I would definitely work with them again!!!
